NAR Reports +1% in Existing Home Sales in Dec, San Diego County Has Changed -4.32%

In their monthly report, the National Association of Realtors reported that existing home sales increased 1% between Novemeber and December 2013.  According to Sandicor.com, the multiple listing service that serves San Diego County, the number of sales declined 4.32%.  This ratio is calculated by comparing the total number of sales of properties built from 2012 and earlier in San Diego County and during each month.  On average, there were 56 sales per day in November 2013 and 53.6 per day in December 2013.
