San Diego County Home Values Increased 6.8% Over the Past Year - Check Your City!

According to CoreLogic, home values increased 6.8% from August 2015 to August 2016, and condominium values increased 7.6%.  Below is their report for 'San Diego County's Resale Activity'.  Their full Southern California Report can be downloaded by clicking HERE.

Over the course of the past 12 months the total number of sales remained stable and changed 0%, the total number of active listings increased 7%, the months of housing supply increased 7% to 1.9 months, the median sale price increased 6%, the typical market exposure time decreased 28% to 13 days, the median list price increased 8%, the typical listings days on market decreased 31% to 22 days, and the median sale price as a percentage of list price remained stable.

Over the course of the past 12 months the total number of sales decreased 10%, the total number of active listings decreased 13%, the months of housing supply decreased 4% to 1.8 months, the median sale price remained stable and changed 1%, the typical market exposure time increased 38% to 22 days, the median list price increased 4%, the typical listings days on market decreased 37% to 17 days, and the median sale price as a percentage of list price remained stable and changed 1%.
