Over the course of the past 12 months the total number of sales remained stable and changed 0%, the total number of active listings increased 7%, the months of housing supply increased 7% to 1.9 months, the median sale price increased 6%, the typical market exposure time decreased 28% to 13 days, the median list price increased 8%, the typical listings days on market decreased 31% to 22 days, and the median sale price as a percentage of list price remained stable.
