Imperial Beach Housing Trends as of 09/16/2019

Although there were pricing fluctuations over the past year, when comparing the most recent 6 month period with the same period last year the median $/Sqft changed approximately 4% and the median $/Sqft changed approximately 3% overall.  There are currently 3 months of home inventory and half of all properties sell in 14 days or less. I anticipate that fewer than 90 days of marketing time will be required to sell common properties over the next 3 months.
