The median condominium value changed only $1,000 over the past year indicating a stable property values trend. There are currently 3.5 months of housing inventory which indicates a balanced demand/supply trend. Over the past 13 months properties sold in a median of 17 days inidcating a marketing time trend of under 3 months, although the median marketing time of actively listed properties is currently 159 days. 76% of all condominiums sales over the past 3 months were bank sales or short sales.
